Saban Family Foundation
Mission Statement
The Saban Family Foundation was created to support the healthy development of children and families in the United States and to identify and address unmet societal needs in Israel.
In 1999, Cheryl Saban and the Saban Family Foundation created the not-for-profit organization 50 Ways To Save Our Children (www.50ways.org), to encourage philanthropy and public service to the benefit of children and their families. The organization's goal is to educate, guide and inspire tomorrow's philanthropists to get involved with existing local, national and global charitable organizations that have a track record of serving the myriad needs of children and their families.
The Foundation's grantmaking is directed to organizations with well-defined objectives and sound leadership. While the Foundation does not expect to provide long-term, ongoing support to organizations, renewal requests will be considered based on a satisfactory review of previous grants. No grants will be made to individuals or private foundations.

Having a sense of self-worth may be more difficult than being seen as worthy by others. Many of us judge ourselves more harshly than we would judge others. For me, my worth is very much bound up with extending myself to others, practicing compassion and trying (not always succeeding) to make a contribution to our shared life here and now.

You are not alone in this world. Surround yourself with people you respect and care about. Reach out to others, strive to be the best you can be, support others along the way, never burn a bridge and be the kind of friend you want yourself. Remember you can have it all. Remember there are always people less fortunate than you. You can make a difference by your actions, thoughts, words and deeds.
